excellent stay
convenient location 24-hour desk quiet street welcome pack
the location is near a supermarket and a tube station. the front desk operates 24 hours. a leafy residential street provided quietness despite the proximity to pubs and restaurants. i found a welcome pack with fruit bread butter milk mineral water coffee capsules and muesli upon arrival.
the absence of on-site luggage storage was inconvenient after checkout i had to go straight to the airport instead of lunch.

the hotel features a modern renovated interior with convenient amenities. a washer and dryer are available for guest use and functioned effectively. the building also has professional staff and 24-hour attendance services.

old linens unaccommodating staff
the linens felt old. they felt dirty too. the staff was not very accommodating i thought. i even needed an extra roll for the toilet but i could not get one. we were very cold because they could not help me with the heater.

just okay, i guess.
small room loud noise
The location was acceptable. It was near the tube.
I had issues with the room size. It was much smaller than advertised. also, the noise from outside was ridiculous, especially with that church choir blaring until late. it was difficult to sleep.

fabulous building great location friendly staff comfortable bed
i found the building fabulous, with a great location near transport. the staff were super friendly . the bed was really comfortable and helped me rest well each night. the kitchen was well equipped and everything worked properly!

the location is excellent with convenient access to the underground and nearby food options, ALL within a short walk. the street is very quiet, which allows for relaxation after a busy day. it felt secure in a safe area.
